Customer Service

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries timely and fulfill client requirements to ensure our service quality;
  • Support sales team on orders follow up;
  • Co-ordinate with Operations Teams for shipment follow up;
  • Shipment delivery follow up with customers, external and internal parties;
  • Handle problem cases as assigned;
  • Preparing reports and presentations;

 Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, diploma holder in Logistics preferred.
  • Fluent spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Good for written Chinese, English.
  • The work experience of trading & logistics service provider will be preferred.
  • At least 5 years experiences in customer service/operations, freight forwarding business.
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Excel
  • Able to work independently

Air Export Clerk

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle Export Air Cargo Document and Cargo Arrangement
  • Follow up Customer Enquiry

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 level or above
  • Speak Fluent Cantonese
  • Basic Computer Skills incl. MS Office & Internet
  • No experience & Fresh Graduates will be considered
  • Certificate of VTP Airfreight M1+M2 or IATA recognized accreditation is preferred
